On Hand Craft

At Frantsila, hand craft is a way of life, as well as a method of production. Recently, we came across some images of Frantsila farm life from the 1980s, a series of images that beautifully convey the tactile nature of our work. From harvesting, to sorting, to mixing, to labeling, hand craft plays a central part in the creation of our natural cosmetics, as well as all our other products.

And, while not very much has changed around the farm since those early days, we do occasionally miss the 1980s.
