The Rest & Resilience Retreat is a 2-day immersive experience designed for leaders, changemakers, and sustainability practitioners seeking to replenish their energy and deepen their leadership capacity. This retreat offers a unique opportunity to shift from a reactive, survival mode to regenerative leadership, integrating eco-somatic practices, nervous system regulation, and nature’s wisdom to restore creativity, clarity, and resilience. Taking place from May 16–18, 2025, it invites participants to connect with like-minded leaders, explore new ways of being and thinking, and step into a more sustainable, visionary way of leading.
In today’s fast-paced, high-pressure world, business leaders and changemakers are constantly reacting to crises. This constant fight-or-flight state limits creativity, clarity, and the ability to see long-term solutions. But what if resilience wasn’t just about enduring more—but about leading from a place of deep rest, connection, and renewal?
The Rest and Resilience Retreat is a 2-day immersive experience designed for leaders, sustainability practitioners, and changemakers who seek to replenish their inner resources, cultivate clarity, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Step into a nourishing experience during May 16th – 18th 2025. Unlike traditional leadership programs, this retreat integrates eco-somatic practices, regenerative leadership principles, and embodied awareness—helping you shift from burnout and survival mode to a more sustainable, grounded, and visionary way of leading.
During this retreat, you will:
Reset your nervous system—Learn practical tools to move out of constant urgency and into a more grounded state.

Strengthen community & collective agency—Connect with like-minded leaders who understand your challenges and share your vision for systemic change.
Reignite your creativity & strategic thinking—Make space for new insights and clarity that often emerge in stillness.
Spaces are limited, so secure your spot and embark on a path to sustainable impact with clarity, compassion, and courage.
The retreat is planned so that our time together is nourishing yet joyful, empowering us to navigate the complexities of today with fresh perspectives and tools. We will stimulate our minds, hearts, and bodies by integrating learnings from the wisdom of nature through somatic practices and regenerative leadership.
